KATHLEEN A. HUDDLESON, CISR, CPIW
President/Director
1985 graduate of Arizona State University with a B. S. in Business Management. She has worked in the Surety industry for 14 years, eight of which were as an Underwriter for a large Insurance Company. The last six years her experience included being the Director of a Contractors License School and Licensed Resident Agent. As a Licensed Property, Casualty and Surety agent since 1994, she was named Insurance Woman of the Year in 2000 and 2005. She is the Past President and Past State Director of the Insurance Women of Las Vegas and has served on the Executive Board for the Surety Association of Nevada since 1999. Currently she is the Corresponding Secretary of Las Vegas Chapter of National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She is also active in the following organizations: Associated General Contractors (AGC), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
NORM HUDDLESON, Sales and Research
Since 2000, he has worked with individual contractors to develop exam preparation programs. In addition to his exam preparations, he continually stays abreast of all the current state regulations regarding licensing issues.
